Your GetVitals account is absolutely confidential. ProWorks will never give, share or sell your account information to anyone. Your personal information is not viewable by other users unless you have chosen to share it.

Are my saved contacts viewable by other users?

Your saved contacts and the information that you attach to them are not shared with other users unless you choose to do share them. We understand the confidential nature and the value of a personal contact list. Friends and colleagues can create teams and share selected contacts in the MyVitals area.

What tasks can GetVitals help me with?

GetVitals can help discover information about poeple and organizations that is helpful for a variety of tasks including:

Are my saved contacts stored securely?

GetVitals uses the latest security measures available to keep its data protected. GetVitals is regularly backed up so that your saved contacts are safe and available to you even in the case of a catastrophic event.

What is GetVitals?

GetVitals is a web based tool that helps users find information about people and businesses from online sources. Using GetVitals a user can avoid having to dig through multiple pages of content to find key information such as phone number, email, job title and business descriptions.

What kinds of search terms can I use?

You can use just about any term to find people and business information with GetVitals. You may use multiple terms, phrases and numbers. At the moment, symbols such as "@" are not recognized.

Where does the GetVitals information come from?

GetVitals utilizes the Google Search API to determine which web pages are the most relevant to your search terms. GetVitals then analyses those pages to quickly find key information and saving you the time and effort of searching through those documents manually.

Why can't I find what I am looking for?

Some tips to find what you are looking for include:

Make sure the spelling of each name and term is correct.
Add specific search terms to focus in on a particular search.
Remove specific search terms to broaden your search for more results.

Despite the immense amount of information available on the web, some names, phone numbers and emails are just not available to be found online by any means.

Why are there too many results?

Some searches, particularly those that include common names will have a very large number of results. These results can make it difficult to find the information you need. To focus in on what you are looking for use specific search terms related to your target such as:

geography, state or city
industry and market descriptions
a known web domain such as "proworks.com"

Is GetVitals free to use?

You can create an account and use GetVitals absolutely free. As a beta service, all accounts are free to use. In the future, accounts with additional services will be available for purchase. Free accounts will continue to be available.

Can I organize my GetVitals contacts into lists?

You can create different lists and organize your contacts using lists in the MyVitals area.

Can I import a contact list to my GetVitals account?

You can import an Excel file containing a list of contacts to your GetVitals account. They will be added to your GetVitals contacts in your MyVitals area.

Can I export lists from my GetVitals contacts?

Your GetVitals contacts can be organized into lists ad exported as Excel worksheet files (XLS) in the MyVitals area. Many applications support Excel files. GetVitals will export to other common file types used by CRM and CMS systems in the near future.

Can I print my GetVitals contacts to paper format?

You may create a list of your GetVitals contacts and print it directly to a printer within the MyVitals area. GetVitals will will format for contact list into an oaganized paper report.

Can I use GetVitals with my mobile device?

GetVitals is web based and browser independent. If your mobile device has an internet connection you can access your GetVitals account. In addition GetVitals has interfaces that are specifically designed for easy viewing on smaller mobile device screens.

How do I change my account profile and settings?

You may change your password, email and search settings by logging onto your account and accessing the account page.
